Welcome to the Wolverhampton Engagement Database
The Engagement Database was set up in 2006 with government funding from the National Project for Local e-Democracy. The Database aims to hold information about public agency engagement activities taking place across the city. For the purposes of the Database, the definition of engagement is:
"the actions that agencies take to enable them to consult, involve, listen and respond to communities" This includes activities such as:
The database is your opportunity to let us know what you think about local services, issues and events and to keep up to date with consultation and involvement activities taking place across the City.
The database will give you the opportunity to take part in engagement activities by filling in online questionnaires, commenting on plans or taking part in on-line discussions. You can look at planned, current and past engagement activities, look at the results of these and how they have been used.
If you register on site and tell us the issues you are interested in, we will contact you when an activity is due to take place or you can join in an activiy as and when they happen.
We hope you find the database useful and informative. If you wish to talk to someone about engagement activities in the City or give feedback on the database or partnership website please contact us research.consultation@wolverhampton.gov.uk or call 554918.
